Last week, I had this incredible opportunity to speak about SPIRO\u2019s mission and vision at the 4th Industry 5.0 Summit in Pune, alongside some of the brightest minds in manufacturing and mobility. Under the leadership of <\/a>Kaushik Burman<\/a>, CEO of SPIRO( an Equitane<\/a> group company ), we are redefining the future of e-mobility in Africa\u2014becoming the first company to manufacture EV bikes and batteries on the continent. As Africa\u2019s largest EV player, we are not just building vehicles; we are powering a revolution\u2014one that champions clean industrialization, economic growth, and sustainable development.

Beyond innovation, SPIRO is also committed to empowering Africa\u2019s workforce. Through the SPIRO Academy program, led by our CHRO <\/a>Shuvai MADANHIRE (MCIPD, M.Inst.D)<\/a>, we are upskilling local talent and shaping the next generation of industry pioneers.
