<\/span>Achievements:
<\/span>1. Relocating to Pune and leading the MLOps and DataOps team for the Maps team at Ola Electric and Ola Maps.
<\/span>2. Becoming the Global Head of Telematics IOT & Maps at Spiro and utilizing my 20 years of experience.
<\/span>3. Setting up Spiro Pune Technology Center from scratch and successfully inaugurating it on 5th Jan.
<\/span>4. Traveling to Africa ( Togo, Benin, Kenya) to learn the business on the ground.
<\/span>5. Benchmarking and Building a Smart Swap Station, Spiro Maps and much more.
<\/span>
<\/span>Learnings and Action Plan for 2024:
<\/span>1. Health is wealth, and I need to slow down and reorganize my priorities to give dedicated attention to my health and well-being.
<\/span>2. Family time is precious, and I plan to make more time for my loved ones and spend quality time with my kids.
<\/span>3. Hobbies are essential for staying away from burnout, and I plan to pick up a new hobby in 2024.
<\/span>4. Spiritual growth will help me navigate the ups and downs of life.
<\/span>5. Meditation and daily exercise will continue to be a part of my daily routine.
<\/span>
<\/span>2024 has already started in full swing, before we enter into February, I thought this post would be a good opportunity to reflect on achievements and express gratitude to the teams and leaders I worked with at <\/span>Ola Electric<\/span><\/span><\/a>, <\/span>SPIRO<\/span><\/span><\/a>, thanks again for the incredible 2023, super excited for 2024 <\/span>
