Had an amazing time engaging with the students of\u00a0COEP Technological University<\/a>\u00a0Pune today! It was a privilege to share my career journey spanning two decades with such enthusiastic minds. Connecting the students with the industry I’ve grown was incredibly fulfilling.

From my transition journey, starting with Java, moving to Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and building large-scale Telematics, Maps, and Data Monetization solutions, it was a rewarding experience to reflect on how each step built upon my solid foundation which began with Software Engineering.

I’m hopeful that my insights into the power of technology switches and career changes resonate with the students, empowering them to navigate their own paths with confidence and ambition.

Moreover, discussing\u00a0SPIRO<\/a>‘s business in Africa and our expansion plans was enlightening. The questions raised on Direct Charging Vs Swappable Battery, Small Vs Big Battery, Quick charger, and Data Monetization showcased the students’ curiosity and drive to understand complex industry dynamics.

The day culminated in a HackerRank test, with around 30 students participating. Following this, I had the pleasure of speaking with the top 6 students about potential internship opportunities at\u00a0SPIRO<\/a>\u00a0in the exciting domains of Telematics, Maps, and Data Monetization.
