My role at SPIRO, an Equitane group company, not only aligns with this enthusiasm but actively encourages me to connect, guide, and support young minds in their journeys. Serving as a Board of Studies member at Indira Institute of Management, Pune (MBA) provides me with a great opportunity to interact with students and academicians, bridging the gap between the university and industry.
